What is Jarm?

Jarm provides an easy and simple way to share updates with family and friends in the form of photos, videos, and text updates. Think Twitter or Facebook but private and without the social features.

Jarm aims to:

Be private.
Be accessible.
Be easy to self-host.

Jarm is not trying to:

Be Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Mastodon, Pixelfed, etc.
Enable social features like DMs, friends or other networks, and groups.
